All you need to do to start getting all the advice you need is to register
FOR FREE with the Managing Mutts question and answer service using the links to Register for an account on this page. You will be sent an email confirming your registration and a link to allow you to purchase credits for advice. Advice credits are priced at £25.00 each or a package of 6 Advice Credits for the discount price of £99.00. Once you have purchased an Advice Credit you will see the "advice" button appear when you have logged in to your Managing Mutts account. Only accounts in credit will have this facility. You will be linked to a form to fill in with as much detail as possible and please be honest with the information you give, incorrect information can lead to incorrect advice given and please specify your preferred method of contact which can be return email, to a land-line telephone or video conference via MSN for a maximum time limit of 30 minutes per reply.
Advice Credits are non refundable so please do not purchase Advice Credits unless you have a question to ask. Each credit will entitle you to ask one question e.g. housetraining, mouthing, chewing, crying when left or at night, play and interaction, equipment requirements or any other advice you require. Julie Russell KCAI(CD), CDB Dist will then answer your question personally via your preferred contact method. People from outside of the UK requesting advice can be contacted by email or video conference only. All credits must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
Multiple questions asked will only have one question answered. Additional questions will require additional credits being purchased
If necessary the answer may involve referral to another professional.
If necessary the answer may recommend you attending Managing Mutts for an appointment at additional cost to yourselves
