One credit, or advice ticket will cost £25 or 6 credits for £99.00 with a 12 month expiry. Once you have purchased a ticket you will see the "advice" button appear when you have logged in to Managing Mutts. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible and please be honest with the information you give, incorrect information can lead to incorrect advice given.

Tickets are non refundable please do not purchase tickets unless you have a question to ask.

The purchase of one credit will allow you the answer to one question
The reply will be via email, telephone or video conference via MSN. It is usefull to specify which method of contact you prefer. People from outside of the uk requesting advice can be contacted by phone or video only.
A landline telephone number and email must be included in details provided

Multiple questions asked will only have one question answered
If necessary the answer may involve referral to another professional.
Additional questions will require additional credits being purchased
If necessary the answer may recommend you attending Managing Mutts for an appointment at additional cost to yourselves
Questions involving aggression towards other animals or humans will not be answered on this advice center. All such enquiries must be made direct and will require a consultation.
